Listen loser, I didn’t choose to grow up as a bastard child, but when life gives you lemons, you avoid getting scurvy. My dad has been the Mayor of Saltmarsh for 30 years. For the 22 of those I’ve been alive, let’s just say we haven’t been on the best of terms. He put bars on my windows. I threw a brick through the glass. He tried to hide me in his whiskey cellar. I lit a match and burned half the mansion down. He tried to dress me in men’s clothes. I took a woman home to bed with me. That woman was Jenna Lockport. When my pa changed the locks on our doors, I had Jenna change them to something different and had her give me the key. The Lockport family has owned the only locksmith shop in Saltmarsh since the town was founded over 34 years ago. I’m so glad her dad taught her the skills that have been so valuable to me *cough cough* I mean us.
Being the top bully at Saltmarsh High, when Sally put up flyers to join her crew, I said yes. Life on shore has been getting a bit stale, and I have a deep insecurity to prove myself. The teachers are so scared of me they all give me A's. Theirs no challenge anymore, it's no fun. I'm excited to embark on long days of inflicting punishments, enforcing rules, and keeping people in line. Sally may be the one who owns this ship, but I'm the one who's really in charge.
